We will re-open for services on Tuesday, June 30th.

Booking appointments will be conducted in this order:

  1. For those that were scheduled for an appointment during our closure Haven will contact you directly the week of June 22nd to re-book your appointment immediately.

  2. For those that have already inquired and have been added to our “wait-list” we will be contacting you directly (Wednesday, June 24th) to book your appointment.

  3. All others may begin calling for appointments on Thursday, June 25th between the hours of 10 am-2 pm at our Salon Phone 484-863-4855.

Thank you and we ask for your patients during this time. We will work with everyone to get scheduled.

Client Policies

New Guidelines & Safety Procedures:

We are so excited to welcome you back with open arms. We wanted to update you on all the changes we have made to make sure our salon is a safe haven where you can feel comfortable and relaxed. Before you come into the salon we are asking you to please:

  • Double-check your appointment confirmation. Please take note of your appointment day, and time.

  • Bring your mask – it must be worn at all times within the salon.

  • We now have curbside check-in via text. You will receive a text message 15 minutes before your appointment to check-in. We will let you know via text when it is safe to enter the salon.

  • Sanitize your hands when you arrive at the salon.

  • Practice social distancing around anyone else inside the salon.

  • Please bring your Credit Card or contactless payment as it will be cashless payments only.

  • We are also kindly asking customers to reschedule your appointment if:

    • You have experienced any cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days.

    • You have been in contact with anyone with cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days.

We are also taking many precautions to ensure the safety of you and our employees. These include:

  • Employees will not be permitted on the premises if they have symptoms and will receive temperature checks upon arrival.

  • Guests will be served by appointment only.

  • The number of people on premises will be limited to 50% of normal capacity.

  • No waiting area.

  • All Employees will wear protective facemasks.

  • All equipment used by a stylist will be sanitized between guests.

  • Clean/Sanitized capes and smocks for each guest.

  • Door knobs, credit card machines, handles etc will be sanitized.

  • All staff members have completed the Barbicide certification course and are now certified in required sanitation and disinfectant regulations. On top of our usual state regulations for sanitation of our salon.
